SBLC’s, Bank Guarantees and other Instruments
At the request of the prestigious client we can provide banking instruments from various prestigious banks, that can be used for a loan, credit enhancement or commodity transactions as well as project funding. We have the right credit facilities in place with our bank(s). In order to start, besides issuance fees, we also need the following to approve and provide the client’s preference, we expect
1. KYC on the company;
2. KYC on beneficiary party at Receiving bank;
3. Receiving bank details;
4. Purpose of the underlying transaction and project summary.
We have provided collateral management services successfully for many years. We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day.
We'd like to point out that delivery of the SBLC, BG or other instruments are via SWIFT bank to bank. Also, that issuing of banking instrument for support on project funding is crucial and in many cases challenging. Hence, clients should give proper attention and provide real documents without any misinformation for their Due Diligence. If not, it may lead bad impression and may lead to blacklist.
